Having spent 9 years working in Indonesia, it’s impossible not to like Indonesia – a country vast in land, colourful in cultures and with friendly people living within.
Indonesia cuisine is diverse, in part because it is composed of approximately 6,000 populated islands with more than 300 ethnic groups calling Indonesia their home.
Our love for Indonesian cuisine is undoubtedly complemented by the lovely and friendly people whom we have met along the way.
